Pray...Give it to God

1 Thessaloinians 5:17

Pray without ceasing.

Pray with out ceasing. In everything give thanks. We make so many decisions in our life time.

Not knowing if we are doing the right thing or making a huge mistake. We need to take time to talk with God on a daily basis. More than that, we need to pray without ceasing. I pray several times throughout the day. I pray for wisdom, for courage, for help, for the Lord to help me stay calm in difficult situations, for words to say when I am having trouble getting the right words to come out. I pray to the Lord for simple thing like helping me find my car keys. I pray to him for my children and grandchildren; for their safety; for their happiness; for there decisions; for there love.

When my daughter got her first vehicle, I prayed over that vehicle. I prayed that God would keep her safe while she was driving, or riding in this vehicle. I prayed over all four corners of the vehicle. I was so scared about her driving, the only way I could get past the fear was to give my fear to God and say "here. you take care of this for me so that I can clear my head of this worry."

God is always there. He wants to hear from you. He want to take away the worry. I think he is able to work in our biggest problems all the way down to the really tiny things. We just need to ask. Then, when you are done praying, thank him for his goodness. Be confident that he is working in your situation. The answers may not come immediately, but he will answer. You just have to be ready to hear him.
